Chatbot Visitor Data: When visitors interact with the Wonda chatbot widget on your website, we automatically collect information such as their IP address, browser type, conversation history, and the pages they visit. This data is used solely to provide the chatbot service and is stored in your account for analytics and improvement purposes. You are the data controller for this visitor data; we act as your processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• Communicate with you, including for customer support and updates.
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Monitor usage and detect technical issues.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Third parties that perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data hosting).
• Legal requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Visitor conversation data is retained while your account is active and may be deleted upon account termination.

Note that the embed code includes your Site Secret, which is necessary for authentication. We protect this secret by validating the domain of the page where the widget runs. If your domain is compromised, you can reset your secret through the dashboard.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wonda AI chatbot platform provided by Wonderweb Technologies. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Site ID and Site Secret. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your Site Secret has been exposed, you may reset it through your dashboard; a new secret will be generated and emailed to you and the administrator.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to transmit any harmful code or material.

Embed Widget: The service may be provided via a WordPress plugin or a standalone JavaScript embed code. When using the embed code, your Site Secret is visible in the page source, but the service uses domain validation to ensure the secret can only be used from your registered domain. You are responsible for keeping your domain secure.

3. Fees and Payments

Certain features may be subject to fees. If you agree to a fee, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wonderweb Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderweb Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice.

Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") reflects the parties' agreement with respect to the processing of personal data by Wonderweb Technologies on behalf of the customer in connection with the Wonda AI service.

1. Scope and Roles

Wonderweb Technologies acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer (data controller) for the personal data processed through the service. The customer retains control over the data and is responsible for its lawfulness. The customer is the controller of visitor data collected via the chatbot widget.

2. Details of Processing

Subject matter: Provision of chatbot and analytics services.
Duration: For the term of the service agreement.
Nature and purpose: To enable chatbot conversations, lead capture, and analytics.
Categories of data: Visitor messages, contact information, IP addresses, page URLs, session IDs, usage data.

3. Obligations of Wonderweb Technologies

We will:

• Process personal data only on documented instructions.
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel processing data.
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
• Assist the customer in responding to data subject requests.
• Notify the customer of any personal data breach.
• Delete or return data at the end of the service.

4. Sub‑processors

The customer authorizes Wonderweb Technologies to engage sub‑processors. A current list is available upon request. We will notify of any changes and provide an opportunity to object.

5. Data Transfers

Personal data may be processed in Zimbabwe or other countries where sub‑processors are located. We will ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

Acceptable Use Policy

• Embed the widget on a domain that does not belong to you, or use someone else's Site Secret on your own domain.
• Use the chatbot for phishing, scams, or harvesting visitor data without proper consent.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account, for violations of this AUP.

Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no pro‑rated refund will be issued for the remaining period.

We strongly recommend keeping your website secure and using HTTPS.
