Information stored in localStorage is held in your browser rather than being a cookie. However, information you submit through the chatbot may be transmitted to Wonda's servers and processed by the configured AI provider, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Clearing browser storage may remove locally stored widget information or affect conversation continuity. It does not automatically delete conversations or other information already stored on Wonda's servers or by third-party providers.
5. Managing cookies and browser storage
You can manage or clear cookies and browser storage through your browser's privacy or site settings. The available controls vary by browser and device.
Disabling essential cookies for wonda.co.zw may prevent you from signing in or using authenticated dashboard functions. Public pages may remain accessible.
Clearing browser storage used by an embedded chatbot may reset locally stored chat information. It does not constitute a request to delete server-side data. To request deletion of personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
